I have lived in two different building here in Seattle and the Cornelius is the best experience I’ve had! Even with its historic charm it still feels like an apartment to be proud of. The managers greet you when you come in and say “welcome home.” Complimentary coffee during business hours is offered in the main lobby and the staff are very communicative! I've been at the Cornelius for a year and have had a very positive experience so far; I plan to renew my lease for another year. The staff is very courteous and makes an effort to know you by name. They constantly seek feedback and look for ways to improve the residential experience. For a great Belltown location, I find the rate very competitive. The mailing system could improve, which the team is working to address.

I moved into the Cornelius in January of this year, and I have been every happy with my experience here. The building staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The apartments in general are a great value for the location, the building is close to pretty much anything you would want to do.
